Drilling down through YouTube to their site, its a Japanese company called Skills. They have a lot of crazy stuff on their site like this GT-3 exhaust.

The site is in all Japanese so I copy the text and then paste it into Google translate to get the idea of what they are saying.

I mean, if you have nothing better to do, right?
