Spring Changeover

Weather is improving here in the Rockies and I finally got to switch out the Blizzak's and put the Michelin Pilots back on. As a newcomer to Boxsters I was astounded at the difference in handling the tire change created. What a blast. I guess driving on snow tires since last November caused me to forget what this car can really do! I even took advantage of some of the good weather to do the Raggtop treatment to the car. Top beads like new...and a very easy process to accomplish. Sure to be more snow out here but the "twisty's" in the mountains are getting closer every day. I'm sure there will be a lot of Boxster wake-up stories over the next few weeks. Just bring on the top-down temps!

Taking the Box up to Estes Park today. Beautiful day for a ride.
Thought about going to Grand Lake, but hear the moose are on the rampage (local story - a moose attacked a 95 year old man walking up the main street in Grand Lake on his way to church last Sunday).
Don't know if I'll get the lid down. Maybe on the way back.

AAAAAaarrrgghh. You guys are KILLING me. I got my Box into the shop last week (right after the snow) to get some body work done. Then we go and have 60-70 degree weather...

I WANT MY BOXSTER BACK!
