Noisy Front Suspension

My box has the ROW suspension on it that was installed by a previous owner. Ever since I have had the car (a year and 3 months) The front suspension will sound VERY tight up front. Its not a squeak but as if something is super tight and about to snap. I use to work at a shop and had multiple guys look and listen and it was never discovered what makes the noise. Strut plates are good, tie rod ends good etc. Anyone else deal with this?

Edit: Only noisy at very low speeds. Not consistent.

Maybe the installer overtorqued something while not resting at rideheight on the tires.

You might want to get your shop to put the car on a alignment rack & loosen, then retorque each suspension part with a bushing.

^^^^ as above ^^^^
If someone has tightened the lower control arms to the chassis with the wheels up off the ground (suspended on a hoist or jackstands) then the control arm bushes will be in tension - this causes a similar sound that you describe.
As BYprodriver suggests, loosen and re-torque the suspension bolts with the cars weight on all 4 wheels.
