2006 base base 987 price

Well....I'm looking at purchasing a brand new (ordering one) 987 base. And
when I say base I mean BASE!! Absolutely no options. I need to stay right
at $41,000 and I believe I have a dealer who is willing to order a base 987 for
this price.

According to Edmunds, the invoice of this car is right around 40k (including
delivery). Do you all think I'm reasonable in offering 41k?

p.s. I know there are a ton of options that would be nice to have or maybe even
condsidered "must haves" (i.e. I'll buy the windstop at a later date). But I
really need to stay at the 41k magic number.
