Clear Taillight

Looking to purchase clear tailights. Who will give me a good price? Suncoast? 986online? Pelican? Who do you recommend?
986online has it listed for 195.00.

Is it easy to install? Any instructions?

fab, always give out Forum sponsors a chance. Talk to Steve there. You can also send him a PM (Steve986onkline I think???) They are competitive on price. If you find a lower price, ask him to price-match, if possible.

FYI- Suncoast's price is $164.95.

Just did mine. $180 for rears and sides from Rick Knab Suncoast. 5 minutes on the side and 20 min. on the rears. When I took out the original rears the gasket stuck to it and I didn't notice at first. I put the new one in without the rubber gasket but it was very obvious when it slid around. Make sure the gasket is installed correctly and doesn't slide off when you push the assembly into the body cavity. I've been looking at the stock rear end for 5 years so this change is very noticeable. Nice look and I have $250 painted bumperettes ordered in Artic Silver and ordered $15 "968" emblem that will replace the Boxster emblem on trunk - 968 beomes 986 when you mount it. Added new chrome Porsche license plate holder - $42. I'll take pic when complete. Oh yea - I had no idea I could do all these little things until I found this forum a month ago...

Hoosier-

I dealt with Rick too and in the past. Really nice guy. I knew about the gasket, but thanks for the info.
Can't wait to install them. Come on UPS....
Isn't it a great, knowing that you can make modifications to your car, without having to go to a body shop.
I DEFIANTLY agree that this forum is UNBELIEVABLE informative.
Take some pic's soon

Fab, I noticed you have the aluminum door sills. Where did you get those and are they just sticky back tape?

Hoosier-

I bought them from a guy off of Ebay. Yes, sticky back tape.
