2002 Porsche Boxster Fan keeps running

Is it normal for the cooling fan to keep running after I turned off the engine? I have a 2002 Porsche Boster. Does anyone have these issues:
1. Fan runs on and off for a long time (sometimes over 20 minutes) after engine turned off.
2. Only Passenger side fan seems to be running.
3. Sometimes the rear fan is running too and it can be on and off for over 1/2 hour.

Coolant is full. Oil change recently. Engine temp can get up to 180-200 very fast. Car seems to be running fine; it just the fan on and off for a long time in garage is annoying. I did have the engine stalled once when outside temp was very hot and AC was on. I am thinking I might have a heating or cooling fan issues.

I am a new owner so I don't know if this is normal or not. Please advise.

I've had the rad fans come on after parking in the garage and stay on for a few minutes. Have never timed it...

yes. the fan will come on with the car off if it's warm enough.

after a long and/or hard drive i can hear the fan kick in while my car's parked in the garage every so often until the engine's cooled off.
