With that mileage and all those problems, especially the rust, I would not touch it. As for bringing it back here to Australia, I think that the local Porsche market is strongly biased against imported cars, so it would have to be something really special to bring a decent price here. There are plenty of Boxsters on sale here at the moment. Find a better car I would say.
