Sat Nav problem
 

Hello all,
I have a 2004 Boxster S with PCM2 -

An upgrade to version 3.0 has been completed and whilst the radio,CD player work as before the Navi system now says navigation not available.

I have done a soft reset, keys 1,4,8 but this has made no difference to the error.

Can anyone help with perhaps any other ideas for a solution, for example is there a hard reset .
