Muffler bracket?

I agree, it looks like someone just didn't put them back in after having pulled the stock exhaust for some reason.

I just pulled mine in the past week and I'm quite certain the bolts were not welded to the small plate (Mine is an '00 3.2 if that matters).

You're probably right about the welding. But you can't pull the bolts out of the plate, right? As in if he orders it, #21 in that diagram includes the bolts? It was several months ago, but I seem to remember those bolts stayed with that plate. I'd go look, but I'm out of town.

You win Craig.
I just went out to look at the gut pile next to my car and those bolts look to be pressed in place. That part number along with the two flanged nuts should take care of the job.
