front hood.

hi. i'mm having a problem with my front hood. it won't release every time. i pushed so hard on hood release near floorboard i pushed it all the way thru. how do i get that thing out of there? thanks

What year is your Box? If it's a 2001+, sounds like the frunk release actuator is getting wonky. For the switch, the sill plate will need to be removed.

2004 s. how do you remove the sill. i found the two little buttons. do you pry the sill off very carefully?

Correct me if I'm wrong - but there are two screws on the inside side that need to come off and then it just pops off, or at least mine did. Nice and easy, start at one end and pop it up and just work your way down.

You should be pulling up on that release...if you pushed it through, you're doing it wrong.
