Sold my boxster and looking for a replacement.
 

I've been hanging out here for over 3 years now. Contributed some, but learned a huge amount from all here. I finally sold my 2000 Boxster last weekend (listed on this forum) and am already on the hunt for a 987 S. I drove a 2006 yesterday and the added HP was great. I was disappointed in a couple of things but in particular this 987 did not have automatic climate control. I love the 986 climate controls because you just hit one button and set you inside temp and it takes care of the rest. Is this non auto temp standard on all 987's. If so no wonder the little adjust sliders are worn bad on most I see.

Just a rant, but look forward to a new ride in the near future. If anybody knows of a decent 2006 to 07 S, send it my way.

Well that makes two that I've seen. My new to me 987s doesn't have the auto climate control like the previous one. I thought that was standard too. No biggie for me though now since its running anyway, I drop the top with the ac on my feet. Its running constantly anyway.....Buttons look brand new by the way. Good luck on the search.

Is there any particular options you must have? Mine was the sports chrono package. Others like heated seats etc etc. I got a text couple days ago from a guy selling a silver 06S here in north texas.
