Fuse, Window regulator and turning lights problems

hi - I have a 1999 Boxster and I just replace the front bumper that was pull out by another car - the driver turning light in the fender was damage - I got me a new one and I reattached the two wires together and put it back - now my fuse of 15amps is bad - I just replaced yesterday because I don't have any turning lights at all ( no front turning light or rear turning lights ) after I place the new fuse it short it again - them I placed another fuse and it did the same thing - Now I don't know what to do - I was reading the diagram for the fuses and there is a fuse that controls in row B number 6 ( direction indicator lights, power windows, convertible top ) this is the fuse that is going bad in my car – just to mention my Passenger Window regulator is not going up all the way – Do you think that since my window regulator is not working properly, this will have something to do with my turning lights not working and making that fuse B6 going bad everything I replaced? To add, I cannot lock my doors with the remote because starts to beep the horn twice
Thanks for your help
