I bought mine from someone who had repaired the car from salvage auction. I only considered buying it since I knew what to look for and how to test everything. The PO had rolled into a stopped car infront of him getting onto the freeway at less than 15 mph...It needed a new hood and bumper but the airbags didnt go off/the car was completely unscathed otherwise...To me it was sure worth the almost 50% off for a car that checked out in my book.

I think the point is that there are tons of deals out there, and as long as you know what you're dealing with, you can reap the benefits
