Partial Dash Removal

Hey folks. I walk to remove the black plastic trim that runs at the end of the dash, just under the window. For the most part, it's pretty straight forward - it just pops up. Only challenge I am having and can't find the answer to is right in the corner. When I try to pop it up, it almost looks like there is a clamp that also slides under the window pillar. How do you pop it out of this corner pictured? I'm creating more scratches than what needs fixed! Thanks.

Do you need to remove the A-Pillar trim?

When I installed my navigation antenna, I needed to pop up the same piece of trim you are working on to access a pair of screws. I was unable to remove the trim, so I settled for propping it up. It appeared to me that you needed to remove the A-Pillar trim first.

Meir - that write-up is awesome. The dash has been a bit intimidating for me to attempt to remove. No longer.
