Loving wise men and witty comments here

After getting in haste a beautiful 99 TIP 55k miles 10 months prior, I've lurked around and evaluated ton of postings about fears and pleasant points of this car.

Appreciating JFP in PA, Jake Raby, all other wise gentlemen here and witty comments; grin .. , moral sin to sky angel with top up.......

And upgraded followings mostly about safety issues with my indie mechanic qualified in Porsche and Audi here in Seoul;
-LN IMS retrofit dual row at cam deviation 3 degree, RMS
-Tensioner pads all checked and intact
-160F Tstat, Water pump, Radiators cleaned, Coolant refreshing
-Full flow spin-on oil filter w/ FilterMag SS300 90lbs
-Transmission filter, fluid refreshed

Only DIY is rear logo here , although I've been inclined to keep all the stock shape of exteriors and interiors during my 35 driving years. That's the first exception.

Thanks members.

I like the look of the PORSCHE letters.

Welcome!

How do you feel about cats?

Two pre-CATs were dead with error codes 3 months before that upgradings and replaced with aftermarket Bosch, then the error code and some white smoke disappeared luckily.
Afterward faint blue puff on cold starts occasionally noted briefly, thought to be acceptable.

On upgrading later, TB, MAF and ASO were cleansed. Vent line for oil separator, idle control valve gasket, other related gaskets, intake boots and intake plenum were replaced, After then NO noticeable smoke anymore!

Thanks for welcoming!

Obviously you're new...... Glad that all worked out.

There was a HUGE train wreck of a thread about cats getting on your car roof, being outdoors in general, and so on. Much whaling and gnashing of teeth. Thought someone (or myself) was going to get banned!

Enjoy the show!

I have been reading this forum for a while now, just didn't have anything to add.

You sir (Timco) are a pompous Ass
even your signature is narcissistic

Why would you bring up again a tread that obviously was heated and closed by the moderator? You like to stir the poop? It is not the first time you have brought up cats well after the subject cooled off

Get off your high horse

Nice 2nd or 3rd post, bro. Name calling. Always the troll's last resort. Some sites don't permit that. Don't let me get to you and get some thicker skin. It was hilarious and was locked for good reason.

We should combine the light speed thread with the cats and gun threads

Until then, I have questions about what oil to use and how often to change it

Best oil to use is Kirkland Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
In addition to superior engine lubrication when changed every 5 miles, gives tires that off the showroom floor wet look.

Good for rejuvenating cracked leather seats and of course for that deep paint shine after washing.

Almost as useful as a potato (in honor of our departed friend)

Why be all cryptic? Just lay it on the carpet! (Or whatever)
