Is "Warranty Direct" a Good Company?

A couple questions:

Who is using Warranty Direct?
Are they a good company?

Thanks!

Hi,
I have been using Warranty Direct since October. I have already had two claims, that totaled around $1000.00. I simply gave my Warranty ID card to the repair shop (Ruf in Dallas), they called and Warranty Direct authorized the repair and paid the claim. I never even had to talk to them. Simple as that. If I remember correctly the plan I have is called XTRACARE Plus and I have the zero deductible plan. Its a nice peace of mind, however, I find myself hoping that over the course of the Warranty (37,000 miles) that enough things go wrong to make me feel like I made a smart decision in purchasing it.

Mike
