Usually this means the refrigerant is on the lower side. Over time seals may shrink and slowly the refrigerant goes away...

I just recharged the system on my Gallardo and it is now ice cold again. I got the kit from Red Tek. They also sell a leak stopper thing and something to take care of the seals (so they swell up again). Get all that and you can do it at home. It is very simple. For less than $100 I bet this will fix it for you.
