Rain and Sun Damaged Seats

I can't be the first person with ruined leather seats. First was the rain soak then they baked in the sun. Everything is crispy and gnarled. What is the latest thinking on dealing with this?

You may have some success treating them with Leatherique Restoration Products . But if they are too damaged to restore then you will have to look at replacing them or recovering them. Cheapest route is probably to buy a pair of used seats in nice shape.

Remember that you have to disconnect the battery before removing the seats.

Clean with Lexol Leather Cleaner in the orange bottle. Treat with Zaino Z10.

There was an earlier post of a member that restored his seats with great results.
