Many thanks, I was still 100 miles from home when I took that pic, will be making a proper thread tomorrow. Very blessed and thankful to be the current caretaker of this boxster!

I let father take over considering the rain haha! Tomorrow is learning day . I've driven a jeep manual before for about a 3 mile round trip and thats it haha.

Rev it up to 4000 and let the clutch out as fast as you can. It's that easy.

Porsche9 06-28-2014 06:28 PM

Congrats on the car. Is that a hardtop on the car. Sweet!

Now don't burn up the clutch or ruin your 2nd gear syncros. :p

Practicing manual today has been great fun, for first time really doing it I'm pretty good and kept the stalling to a decent minimum haha! If we're a size 8 shoe I'd have it by now, but 14s make it anatomically difficult haha!

Nine8Six 06-28-2014 10:36 PM

Excellent threadin. Love to see good news like this

Congrats Jacob
