KI vs. Valentine

I have always used a valentine one but don't lilke the fact that it can't be easily concealed and has to be mounted high on the windshied. Has anyone had a K1 hardwired with custom LED built into the instrument cluster? If so, would be interested in your review. Thank. Also, the strangest thing, I saw a Valentine one display "etched" into the rear view mirror-very unusual..

V1 is making a few rear view mirrors with the detector built into them. I can't remember where I saw a post on someone looking for a Porsche mirror. I believe they are out for BMW and possibly Audi already.

One of our former salesmen had a K1 hardwired into his TT, and he absolutely loved it. Stephen has an Escort SR7 IIRC with laser jammers hardwired into his current TT, and loves that as well.

thanks, i know it is not difficult to hardwire the V1, but I want concealment also, so I don't have to remove when top is down to prevent theft..the k1 is better in this regard...
