Rear break light - upgrade

Hi. Does anyone know or do an upgrade for the centre break light above the boot. I was hoping to find a clear one opposed to the dull red looking thing that is there. Just a thought

Any ideas?

You are most certainly welcome.
It rains here in Seattle just as much as it does on your side of the pond.

I embrace the rain. Normally means the weather is changing for the better and we will get some form of sun soon. Let it rain. Roof up or down it's still a fun car to drive. At least we have the option to put up or take down the roof

I thought about getting a new one, but since I've got dark paint, I might just try a couple of coats of the smoked plastidip rather than spend the $100 for a new one.

Do you have a link for such a product or is it good old eBay? Here in the UK we seem to miss out on all the best products and neat little tricks

Definitely. You can get it on amazon. I am tempted to save myself the $180 for smoked taillights and use it on my regular tail lights to.

I agree it just depends on how the finish comes out. Could end up doing it and still buying the smoked unit. My DIY can be erratic at times ha
