price for 03 boxster headlights
 

Hello all,

My Dad just purchased a new Boxster S. He opted to upgrade to the xenon HID headlights. So now he has a set of regular headlights he would like to sell. He has no clue how much he can expect to get for these.

New they are $437 each but you can do better if you shop around. You can get litronics for no more than $1,095.

Most of us pre 2003 amberless Boxster owners converted to 996 clear headlights. I paid $300 for the set in perfect condition off a wrecked 996, and they also came with the clear triangles. High price for clear 996 lights for those who do not know better is about $380 on ebay and they usually do not come with the triangles since they were put on the replacement litronics.

There are plenty of Boxster owners who would be interested in your lights if the price is right. Jeff

I have seen a few sets go for around $350-400. I decided to keep mine when I upgraded to Litronics; figured, I could sale 'em at a later time when I sale my Boxster (not in the near future!).

P.S. I paid $925 for my Litronic set (new) and it took about 1 hour to instll.

who did you get your lights through? I wasnt able to find them cheaper then 1,050...

i paid 420 for mine which included the clear corner piece too....i already have CATZ HID's.
