What bolts on here?

I've been trying to figure out what bolts on here, but have not had any luck finding anything online.
I got my boxster without an engine or trans and some missing parts so I'm clueless.
I'd think the suspension needs to tie the two sides together, I'm guessing that is what these are for, but through the trans or engine or ???

I believe that is the rear crossmember mounting holes. You have to have that installed before bearing any weight on the rear tires or you risk major rear suspension geometry damage. It's a big welded steel stamped assembly. You should see similar holes on the other side of the car. Contact itsnotanova on this forum to pick up a replacement.
