WINNER  ??????? Sort of.

Camilla Sparv's 1968 Porsche 911T (yes, "T" designation, but no Targa top) driven by Robert Redford in the movie "Downhill Racer".

IMHO, the movie that best illustrates the European attitude toward sport. Something we Americans find hard to comprehend.

BTW, I've just learned about the existence of Google Image Search, which makes my little "thread/contest" technically infantile. Google has made "trivia" obsolete.

Just sayin'.............

Since this a 3 yo thread that's been resurrected, I'll give you a suggestion...

Watch LeMans. The story kind of wonders and the movie starts out with 10 min before someone speaks, but the reason to watch it is for the spectacular racing scenes. In today's world of miniature GoPros and CGI, this film was shot with bulky cameras with large cans of film on them. We're talking groundbreaking cinema for 45+ yrs ago. Plus Steve Cool utters his famous statement about life & racing.

Watch Doc Hollywood with your GF. Good couples flick plus the Porsche plays a prominent role.

The yellow Targa is from Commando.
