Ok- so I googled this:

Gmündmesiter, Jim Barrington

This Gmünd, chassis #356/2-050, was the cover car for the July 2013 issue of "Panorama". According to the accompanying article, it is owned by Jeff Zwart himself, who purchased it from Jim Barrington two years earlier.

Another 1949 Gmünd, chassis #356/2-040, was featured on a recent episode of Jerry Seinfeld's "Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee".
