Need help with Dectane LED tail lights

I gambled on these , paying for the foreign shipping. The problem is that when I press the brake pedal the inside LED panel doesn't light up. I sent a question to the seller but haven't gotten a reply yet, I was hoping someone on this forum might now how I can get the inside LED panel to turn on when braking. I saw another thread about DEPO lights needing a resistor; does that apply here? If so, can someone share pictures of how to do that? I'm not very electrically inclined.

I love the look of these lights so I'd like to get them working.

Turns out the inner LEDs are only meant to be fog lights, and the one side does engage when I flip on the rear fog switch. Is there a way to make it a brake light when the fog light is off?

There's another thread that says how can it be done. But if you are not electronically inclined, I wouldn't risk messing up those tailights. I have the same ones, just all blacked out and they look good as they are.

Here's my thread of how I changed things around with the depo lights:

I bought the same ones ...issues

I love the look of mine but need to send them back

I don't know if they are real "Dectane" or not. Mine came from a seller "Crazy The God", and seem to have been made somewhere like Taiwan, NOT Germany

Are those your issues as well? Was it the lights, or do they cars just not "accept" after market lights?
