Not true.... I have had my Boxster listed since November for a RIDICULOUS, UNFAIR and UNWISE PRICE. :)

I started out at $23,500 on AutoTrader. I was offered $20,000 twice. So, I upped the price to $26,000 so I could accept an offer of $23,000 when it came in. I am still waiting. :D

I will take the ad down shortly and keep it forever.

At that price, you never really wanted to sell it! Nice nice nice car but can buy
into an 05 or 06 at that price.
GLWS.

I'm looking forward to the RIDICULOUS, UNFAIR and UNWISEST PRICES OF THE YEAR being just around the corner. I bought a '10 Audi TT roadster back in July with the intention of reselling it. I guess I bought it too late for the top down crowd. It is one of the nicest cars I've ever bought to resell. We should be a couple of weeks away from getting some interest back as this crappy winter starts to break. So bring on the higher prices!

(Let me know if anyone needs an extra nice TT roadster.)

How does the TT compare to your Boxster? Is it better in ANY way?

Even though they share the same market space, the Mk2 TT (2008-present) is a different animal than a 987. All '10 TTs are AWD and this one is the 2.0L turbo. The turbo kicks in fairly early. It's more of a cruiser than a sports car, so a 987 has it beat there. I drove the TT 800 miles from the pick up location and it was very enjoyable - very solid, very quiet. It has the autostick with paddle shifters and it's better than a tip but not better than a PDK. The Mk1 TT owners hate the Mk2 because it's so different (less sporty) than the Mk1. And if it makes any difference, the Mk2 gets better gas mileage than a 987. I've owned a couple of Mk1 TTs that I also bought to resell and I like this '10 better. But different strokes for different folks.
