boxster in a demolition derby....

i doubt it has ever happened and i sure hope it never does happen.... but how do you think a boxster would fair in a destruction derby, they always say reverse and hit in the back because the engine isnt there.. wouldnt the boxster have two ends to ram with haha

RawleyD 02-06-2014 06:48 PM

Hardly. you'd be the first car OUT is my guess

BIGJake111 02-06-2014 06:52 PM

the low stance is really one of the only bad things i can think of with the car.. they feel as if they are built like bricks haha

First hit in the front would take out the radiators, the rear might fare better depending how long it takes to damage the end of the tranny.

BIGJake111 02-06-2014 07:14 PM

should we volunteer that boxster go kart off of ebay to test this haha?

We're going to build one for a local "corn field derby" which is basically a dirt circle track in the middle of a huge field. I'll make sure to share some pics. Really going to do it to prove that the IMS Solution isn't harmed by off road experiences and a harsh environment, as some competitors claim the oil feed line is vulnerable to "road hazards" which is simply not true.

Yes, the car thats being used is in fairly good condition, at least it is for now. I don't expect much to be left of it when its all said and done. Here's a shot from last year.
