Seat recline switch knob

Hello,
Is there anyone who, like me, as the very bad idea to remove the seat recline switch knob (black plastic)? A little pin with a tiny spring fell apart. I don't know from where ?!?! Is somebody can help me with that?

Thanks

Not exactly sure what you are saying but one of the tabs on my seat recline knobs broke so I have to remove it every time I want to recline the seat. It's perfectly fine to leave it off, I put it back though after I am done adjusting the seat.
