just got the pictures of techart widebody conversion for 987, and I have to say not bad at all

Not a big fan of it...I actually like the clean lines of a non modified Box.

how much does a techart 987 conversion like this cost (parts and labor)? and how does one go about getting it done? and is it only limited to black? it looks pretty sweet if you ask me. at least i really prefer the side profile, the fog lights, and the large side scoop illusion.

I'd say the conversion kit costs somewhere in the ballpark of $10K-15 for the parts. I know the full Techart body kit for a 996 Turbo costs $15K, carbon fiber was $25K. You can contact www.wheelexperts.com to get anything Techart. The kit will not come painted so, you can paint it any color you want. The labor/paint I'd say you're looking at $3000.

I'm basing this off the shop I work at that did my father's Techart and my 996 Turbo conversion.
