Low speed creaking is commen and easily, and usually temporarily, fixed by injecting grease, wd40 or some other lubricant into the lower control arm ball joint boot. Search and ther are many DYIs on how to do this fix.
I've never heard of the trunk latch causing suspension creaking.
And what is this "big bang" that you heard when you were driving into the club. Did you hit something? Normal driving does not cause bangs. Please explain.
