Getting number of CEL codes NEED HELP

hello, i have a 99 boxster with 117k miles, it has been running great for over 3 years, and recently my CEL went off and it started idling kinda rough and when driving around 1500 to 2000 rpm it lags when given throttle, i checked the codes with my Acutron scanner and got p1125, p1123, p0130, p0150, p1313, p1318, p1316, and p1317. now correct me if im wrong but the first 2 mean its running lean, the next 2 are for 02 sensors and the rest are for misfires. i checked the MAF and gave it a good clean and checked the vacuum lines and it ran fine for about a month, then it started with this CEL problem.... i dont know if its bad o2 sensors or maybe something worse, i wanna get your guys feedback before i take it in to the mechanic. thanks in advance.

Disconnect the wires from the MAF & drive the car, if it runs better replace the MAF with a Bosch MAF oe supplier. If you plan to keep the car for awhile might as well buy a MAF & try it anyway. They need it sooner or later.

I disconnected the maf cables and the car ran worse.. I don't think its the maf, I cleared the codes and ran it for a bit, the cel turned back on but with the codes p1313, p0150, p0102 , and p0112...
