I am thinking of upgrading from my stock headlight to something newer.

Has anyone tried this?

If you've not seen the DIY headlight retrofit string Nine8Six posted, go take a look at those. They may be more work but they sure are sweet. I've considered the lights you linked to, but now maybe not so much.
