Why? Do you have wheel size envy? Don't do it. 19" tires cost w a y more. Ride and handeling will/may suffer. Stick with "18's.:)

Std 18" sizes and offsets:

F 7.5 x 18 50et
R 9 x 18 52et

Here's a calculator that will help you see how your prospective rims will do:

1010TIRES.COM - Wheel Offset Calculator

You don't want to move the fronts too far in as they'll rub the strut. You might have emergency brake clearance issues if you move the rears too far in.

Just about every possible question concerning wheel and tire fitment has already been asked and answered in this forum. Doing a search (see toolbar above) will give you access to far more information than will get posted in this thread.

The front is actually a very good fitment. However, the rear offset is too high. I would recommend a 15mm spacer for the rears. BTW, what part of Mass. are you in ?

i was thinking something like that 15mm or 17mm for the rear....am in haverhill MA

i just checked this site and it tells me i need to extend an extra 9mm.. does that sound right ?

19" wheels will look funny unless you lower the car .

flete25 12-23-2013 02:19 PM

i understand that but i just want to make sure that these wheels size fit...

You are right in the same town as my cousin Lynda :) Small world :) I was just there last summer for a family reunion. We went to old orchard beach... The water was COLD!

Forget online offset calculators, they don't deal with real world considerations. As I said, lowering the rear offset to a range of +40 to +45 is ideal. Especially in view of the fact that the front fitment is currently at +43.
