Is this a decent deal? 23K for a '07 Boxster 37K miles

Hi everyone, I have been lurking on this forum since 2010 when I first drove a Boxster and absolutely loved the way it handled. Long story short I am debating on an E39 (2000-2003) BMW M5 or a Boxster that I found at a local dealer that seems like a really good deal for the price. The car is no longer listed on their website but I did find an old ebay listing for it. For 23K this seems like a good deal if everything checks out on the PPI I plan on doing.

Here is the listing.

bmw's are great, but if you can get any 05 or newer Boxster for the same price.. go for it! Heck why not get a really clean 03 S or so.

Thanks for your reply Jake. The M5 I am looking at is 8K cheaper but in good condition not great and it as 95K miles so I know they are completely different cars but both are a blast to drive. I do think my license may be safer with the Boxster due to having 160 hp less than the M5 but it will be a lot more fun in the mountains and on any twisty road.
