What Is My Car Worth? (Chart)

So I'm busy wasting time on a Sunday afternoon and I come across the Used Auto Graph site (Used Auto Graph) and create a chart of 986 prices. Unfortunately, the data between base and S models is not broken out separately.

After looking at the chart, I notice that many of the active listings (green and blue dots) are below the average selling curve. So I wonder, what is the active listing average pricing?

So I download the data set to Excel, filter only the active listings, and do a linear fit. This kind of provides a first order estimation of the average listing price of a 986 (based solely on mileage).

Not perfect, but interesting. What do you all think? (besides saying that I need to get a life).
