creseida Guest Posts: n/a	I know at least through 2001 it was a one piece unit, which means it is most likely a one-piece through at least 2003. As for the latest iteration 987, I don't know for certain. I'm guessing you will have to buy a separate knob and either modify your existing boot, find an aftermarket replacement, or make one yourself.
