Looks pretty low alright. "Tear the nose off the car off in a week" low. Drive her with care my friend.

Timco 12-05-2013 08:10 PM

I hope there is a performance advantage to offset the look.....

Tucker2 12-05-2013 08:46 PM

"Tear EVERYTHING off in a week" low.

Well....good luck to you.

particlewave 12-05-2013 08:47 PM

Nevermind...I have nothing nice to say

Have fun with that.

Kenny Boxster 12-05-2013 09:54 PM

Is this a photoshop rendering, or the real deal? Speed bumps will be seesaws and that is no fun. The car is very clean and wheels are nice, but I would cringe seeing scrapes.

heliguy 12-06-2013 03:49 AM

Please tell me that is Photoshop...:barf:

trimer 12-06-2013 04:29 AM

all right - I will be the first then - although I would never go that low, I think it looks absolutely bad ass and I totally dig it. Reminds me actually of what a Boxster Pro Street Drag racer would look like. Love the wheels too!

Eric G 12-06-2013 05:02 AM

I am taking it you are using air ride suspension?

A week ? More like 30 feet of driving. Clearly this must be a ruse.

Crono0001 12-06-2013 05:16 AM

On bags, you could go over speedbumps.

But why?

pothole 12-06-2013 05:46 AM

Obvious photoshop is obvious.

Mark_T 12-06-2013 06:00 AM

Yeah, it goes to show that some people just shouldn't be left unsupervised with tools.

Plays the Mexican Hat Rock while bouncing up and down.
Low Rider, how low can go.

cardiffgiant 12-06-2013 12:20 PM

It looks a little high. I bet that you could get it lower.

HAHAAHAHA

It's just a PHOTOSHOP! I would never want to ruin the boxsters amazing handling. Still waiting on my coilovers to arrive and was messing around with the ride heights on photoshop.

You're supposed to let it go 5 pages, as if you were telling us you were considering a Ferrari or something.......;)

Love it..........it's entertaining to witness some members' reactions border on maniacally offended. Good thing they let you know you "might" have a scraping issue.

Mark_T 12-07-2013 05:41 AM

LOL - good one, and nice photoshop work, too! I don't mind admitting I was beyond offended - I was absolutely incensed at the thought of someone actually doing that to a Boxster.

JD didn't have me fooled for a moment with his Enzo prank, but you had me going there. I think what made it believable for me was the number of times I actually see stupid SH*z like that for real.

Well done! Reminds me of the time someone thought my batmoboxster picture was real and gave me a right reaming about defacing the car like that.

This is as close to slammed as I care to live with. Eibach lowering springs do the trick but there is a price to pay. I blew out a front shock hitting a bump in the coast range. I like the performance enhancement of the lower center of gravity although passengers often comment on the rough ride

You'd need 1,000 pound springs to go that low and it would ride like rock.

But it looks cool.

runjmc2 12-09-2013 09:16 AM

What, no fuzzy dice?

How much drop did the eibach springs give you?
