Johnny Danger Winter Workout Series Ideas ?

As temperatures fall across the country and other parts of the world, so ends the driving season for many of us Porsche enthusiasts. However, this period also marks the time for the start of the *Johnny Danger Winter Workout Series. Before I begin scouring the globe for the best in fitness regimens, do any members have any specific workout requests ?

May I suggest something that simulates getting in and out of the Boxster.

Hmm, core strengthening and Zumba might apply in that situation.

I'm sure there are many techniques, especially with the top down.

Preferrably bikini-clad. With Ninja skills.

And game in the front court.

Or as Jager said: "with the top down".

I work out 3-4 times a week. Racebike/ mountainbike/ football during summer - crosscountry/ threadmill duing winter. Also some core strentgh to make sure I pole as a mothertrucker during xc-races.

I recently witnessed a cross-fit competition involving activities called the "double banger" and "snatch". I believe understanding the techniques and complexities of these would be enlightening to the forum.

Ice climbing. So you can be "that guy." The one who ice climbs for some god-awful reason.

People would be amazed how sore one can get from working underneath the Boxster. Outside of the garage, I've lost a good 18 pounds going to the gym. Of course, driving the car spirited helps get the blood flowing before the workout. :)

What's wrong with ice climbing? Not much of it near Austin Texas? There's only one reason to ice climb. Because you enjoy it !

Nothing is wrong with ice climbing. No, there is no ice climbing around here that I'm aware of. I guess that's why it's so eccentric to me. I apologize to any ice climbers out there. ;)

12 ounce curls. They work in any climate.

Chuck Norris is so tough, when his coolant expansion tank leaks, his trunk doesn't get wet. Instead, his coolant gets "Chuck Norris-ed"...
