Heater won't get warm in the car

heater won't get warm or even hot in the car! how do i fix it whats wrong

Put the top up


Seriously, though...coolant level, air in the system, heater core...
I'm assuming that the blower works? Where is the engine temperature during normal driving?

From the Bentley repair manual.

"Heater does not produce hot air."
Temperature control flap malfunction - Test temperature control flap motor.

Thermostat can also be an issue… What does your temperature gauge display? Does your motor warm-up to 180 (160 for low temp thermostat)?

Do the simple things first. Check the Fan relay.
