Try removing the serpentine belt and run the engine (for a minute or so no longer) to see if the noise disappears - if it does it is either the alternator clutch, tensioner/idle rollers. power steering pump or A/Compressor.

+1 on Steve's advice. In my case, it was a failing water pump. The chirp lasted a day before the WP pulley fell off.
