37mm seems too long .. the length after the R14 seat should be around 28mm.

OEM Porsche rims do not need spacers. Usually is for fitment of aggresive looking after market wheels.

Edit: reading your original post, the 19mm "head" refers the the hexagon nut area .. basically the size of the socket needed to put the bolt on .. not how it will fit your car.
