I've seen this before and I still spent a good 30 seconds trying to figure out what was up with the wheels and wheel wells.

Didn't really figure it out till I read the vans Car Wrap advertising and looked some more.
I spent too much time fixated on the nice girl with the ugly wheels to notice the rest right off.
I figured a bad case of hammer-toe maybe.
