An experienced shop would charge you about 10-12 hours labor.
The replacement bearing varies greatly depending on whether you would like a permanent replacement (no bearings) or one that needs to replaced again (has bearings). An inexpensive unit is a few hundred dollars or less, an expensive one can range from $600 to over $1,000.
Typically you replace the clutch while you are doing this since it's the same procedure, so add the cost of the clutch and RMS seal as well if you're mileage is moderate to high.
