Consider yourself lucky... I'm dyslexic on all days that end in "y".
Thank God for spell check.

Welcome to the forum. Good start. And it's not another oil thread! If in doubt hit "search" first before asking questions. Enjoy the ride.

And we don't penalise you for gross spelling errors either - unless you spell IMS incorrectly.....

What's an MIS and what type of oil should I use? Will 24" rims fit on my car with a 10" spacer?

Well this forum is living proof that you don't have to spell to drive a Boxster. Psquared what are your intentions? Do you own a Boxster or intend to own a Boxster. If you own one it is customary to put pics on line.....

Yes, figure I owe you all some pics.. owned this 2002 base tip for 4yrs 4months. I cant get enough, its a DD, and as expected at the 80k mark this year I dumped a good 5k into it. All done myself other than the alignment.

So whats been done this year... Maintenance and wish list items. the 5k spent includes tools and such...
Bought Durametric
Water pump
Idler pulleys
Belt
15mm spacers all 4
Rear tires, 3 sets to the fronts, Hancook v12's, I seem to burn rears by 8k
m030 ROW suspension - and related parts, this was 2k easy
TIP service - included 4 change flush, full 18lt of fluid with filter change on final
RR inner CV
AOS
TB and intake cleaning
Plugs and tubes
scheduled oil change (an other filters), about to do another in a few miles
from forum member full wind screen kit
refinished a rear wheel
tools - probably have spent 5-700 in tools
Full brake job - roters, pads, ATE super blue, sensors, spring clips, painting etc....
Alpine dash speakers
Been a busy year, and had TONS of fun doing all this, probably forgetting some of the little things

Wheel bearings are next, just got a SIR B90 from Jaxonalde selling out. I searched/waited for 6 months and finally got this kit. Knowing the indys and stealerships charge ridiculous prices for bearing changes I am definitely willing to pass this tool around to forum members. Obviously shipping will be at your expense, but let me know, i'll be done with it around years end...
