Weird Top Issue

The temperature down here in Texas has been cooling off lately. I've had an odd convertible/window issue where the windows will randomly roll down (at the same time) when I hit a harder bump in the road. Note that this only occurs when it is cold out, not when it's around 80 or so. This makes me pull over and 're-lach' the top which takes a couple tries for the lach to 'work' or 'connect'.

I suspect that the convertible top microswitch contacts have either corroded or no longer in contact withe the frame. This part is located right behind the top lach, correct?

Am I on the right track?
