I believe the 03s use the fiberoptic MOST system, meaning changing out the head unit for an aftermarket one is comparitively involved. I seem to be in the minority who are very happy to keep the Becker unit (with tweaking for bluetooth) even though I have the easier-to-swap 01 system. Best of luck either way.
