Oil filters

How many people save their oil filters for future buyers?

OMG sorry but saving your oil filter for a future buyer must be the most ocd thing I have ever heard of! I thought I was bad cutting open mine looking for particulates! Imagine asking a seller if he had the old oil filters? They would think you are nuts!

I sold my last boxster a week after an oil change and gave that filter to the buyer so he could see what I saw which at that point was nothing in the filter. You never know how someone can come back in you regardless of what your buyer agreement says.
