what is your method.?cant find a good way to get them really clean

The glass is no problem, just use any glass cleaner.

I just use the chamois and sudsy car soap water.

Trick is to dry it so no water streaks appear.


The rear plastic window is another story altogether.

I use a liquid vinyl conditioner, cleaner, and restoration product.

It will never have the optical quality of glass but its clear enough to get the job done.

I user Stoner's Invisible Glass and it works well. Use a CLEAN microfiber towel and use that particular towel for glass only.

Invisible Glass is the stuff!!

If you want to really get it clean:

- Wash as normal
- Clay bar (glass specific)
- Griot's Garage glass polish applied with a random orbit

I tried the glass clay bar and I can't tell if it did anything... not that it was THAT dirty to require clay bar to begin with.

The clay bar is PREP for the polish(applied with a random orbit) which definitively does something.
