What a nightmare - Bad porsche dream
I had a dream last night that my back tires were slashed all the way across the tread on my Boxster. What does it mean?

Hi,
No more Jalapeno Poppers before BedTime... :) ... Happy Motoring!... Jim'99 |
You're thinking you payed too much for tires.
|
It means you're 'way to far into this Porsche thing.
|
It means you told your wife how much life insurance you have and she is trying to collect! :)
|
According to my tea leaves, there's a front wheel drive car in your future.

I know what its like to have those dreams. The 1st Porsche that I purchased was a 3 year old 911SC, guards red and perfect, from a Porsche dealer. I was living in Hermosa Beach (south of LA), and continuously feared that someone would ding the doors or steal the car or rip off the stereo, etc. Since my insurance deductible in those days was $1000 (in 1985 that was a lot of money to me) any damage to this car was unaffordable. After 1 1/2 years of sweet driving but many sleepless nights, I finally sold the car and bought a new VW GTI. I actually felt relieved in doing so. In spite of the worrying over the Porsche, I never did experience any malicious damage to it or even incurred a door ding. However, on the 2nd day of owning the new GTI someone "keyed" it while parked at work.
Now with my Boxster "S", which also has no door dings or scratches, I do not worry so much. I even let my wife drive it to the mall and grocery store during the week (of course under strict instructions to park it far away from everyone, if possible). I have really changed. |
It means that you are worried of the price of rear tires for your car and the idea of someone "violating" it. Now the whole shopping with the Boxster concerns, many people UNDERESTIMATE it. I work with the public 8+ hours a day and help them with their item to their cars everday. ON A BAD DAY I SEE 5 PEOPLE CARELESSLY OPEN THEIR DOORS ON OTHER CARS.

I think you are just worried about your car. If it's parked outside, get a wireless surveillance camera (tiny size) to monitor your car 24 hours a day (maybe with motion sensor so it can record and alert you at the same time). I saw a surveilance system that come with software that you can use on your PC or cellphone.
